The household that I am renting doesn’t have an air conditioning device.
I asked our landlord when I went to sign the lease if it had an air conditioning system, and she told me that the household did come with an air conditioning device.
I should have asked her to clarify because what she meant by the air conditioning device was not what I was thinking. I meant to ask if the household had central air conditioning. I didn’t ask about the central air conditioning device though. I just asked about the air conditioning system in general. It is definitely my fault, but I was quite disappointed to find that the household had a single window air conditioning unit, and that was it. It didn’t have any central air conditioning device in the least. I was so frustrated that I am pretty sure I cried for a little bit. I didn’t understand why she would lie to me, but I came to realize that she didn’t lie to me. I was the one who wasn’t genuinely clear with my question about the air conditioning device. I have definitely come to learn from my mistake. I will ask particularly about the central air conditioning device next time. The sad thing is, the air conditioning unit doesn’t even labor very well. I thought that it would work entirely well, but it takes a long period of time to cool the family room and the various rooms connected to the family room. I regret renting this household because of the lack of a central air conditioning device. It is too late to go back now. I will have to be in this household for the next year without a central air conditioning device.
