The lake property that I am renting doesn’t have a/c equipment… I asked my landlord when I went to sign the lease if it had a/c equipment, & he told me that the lake property did come with a/c. I should have asked him to clarify because what he meant by a/c was not what I was entirely thinking. I meant to ask if the lake property had central a/c. I didn’t ask about central a/c though. I just asked about a/c in general. It is certainly my fault, even though I was quite disappointed to find that the lake property had one window a/c unit, & that was it. It didn’t have any central a/c equipment whatsoever. I was so anxious that I am pretty sure I cried for a little while. I didn’t understand why he would lie to me, even though I eventually came to realize that he didn’t lie to me. I was the one who wasn’t especially clear with my question about a/c equipment. I have particularly learned from my mistake. I will ask about central a/c next time! The distraught thing is, the one a/c component doesn’t even operate that well. I thought that it would operate well, however it takes hours to cool the living room & the many rooms connected to the living room. I regret renting this lake property because of the lack of central a/c equipment, however it is too late to go back now. I will have to be in this lake property for the next year without central a/c equipment.
