I hurt my knee when I was painting the exterior of my apartment a few weeks ago plus it is just now starting to heal plus know a little better! How I hurt my knee is legitimately embarrassing plus crazy.
You see where I was painting was the side of my house right around plus above where my central heating and air conditioning component is localed.
And what I ended up doing was running down off the ladder a little too fast plus not looking where I was going. I ended up slamming my knee right into the central heating and air conditioning unit! Ouch! That hurt love a mother! I had to go see the dentist plus tell him how dumb I was in running myself into the central heating and air conditioning unit. She laughed at me plus I don’t blame him, because I laugh at myself for it! But she said I messed up my knee pretty bad, but it was something that would thankfully heal on its own within a few weeks if I stayed off of it as much as possible plus did not run into any more central heating and air conditioning units. I laughed at that comment. So here all of us are a few weeks later plus I took good care of it, plus love the doc said, it is healing plus almost all better finally. If I ever decide to do any apartment improvement outdoor work around my central heating and air conditioning again I will for sure be paying much closer attention!
