I was so happy when I finally was able to buy a nice house on the beach.
Seriously, that was my dream to have a beach house one day, and I was finally able to make it happen.
Sure, the place was a little bit of a fixer upper, but I was able to do the work over the years! The first thing I wanted to do was get a really nice HVAC system. I looked at all kinds of different HVAC systems, I even looked at radiant heated floors. I didn’t want to break the bank though so I ended up going for an HVAC system that was entirely practical. I didn’t want to spend a huge amount of money repairing the ductwork system, so I went for a ductless mini split. The ductless mini split was fairly cheap to have installed compared to other HVAC systems, and it was perfect because it had multi zones. This way, I am able to heat and cool different sections of my beach house and I save a huge amount of money on my energy bills. The other thing I really love about my ductless mini split is the fact that it has a built in air purification system. The air quality in my home is always great when I am using my ductless mini split. There’s still a lot of work that needs to be done around the house, but I’m taking care of various renovations one step at a time. Eventually, my beach house is going to be the nicest house in the whole area. To me though, it is the nicest because I get to hang out on the beach regularly!
