I was so ecstatic when I finally was able to buy a nice house on the beach, but seriously, that was my dream to have a home one afternoon, plus I was finally able to make it happen. Sure, the place was a little bit of a fixer upper, however I was able to do the work over the years! The first thing I wanted to do was get a really nice HVAC system, and i looked at all kinds of weird HVAC systems, I even looked at radiant radiant floors. I didn’t want to cut the bank though so I ended up going for an HVAC plan that was actually practical. I didn’t want to spend a large amount of currency repairing the ductwork system, so I went for a ductless mini split! The ductless mini cut was fairly cheap to have installed compared to other HVAC systems, plus it was perfect because it had multi zones. This way, I am able to heat plus cool weird sections of my home plus I save a large amount of currency on my energy bills. The other thing I really enjoy about my ductless mini cut is the fact that it has a built in whole-house air purifier. The air quality in my home is always great when I am using my ductless mini split. There’s still a lot of work that needs to be done around the house, but I’m taking care of several renovations one step at a time! Eventually, my home is going to be the nicest house in the whole area. To myself and others though, it is the nicest because I get to hang out on the beach properly!
