I was so glad when I finally was able to buy a nice apartment on the beach… Seriously, that was our dream to have a beach apartment 1 afternoon, as well as I was finally able to make it happen.
Sure, the site was a little bit of a fixer upper, although I was able to do the work over the years! The first thing I wanted to do was get a actually nice Heating as well as A/C system, but i looked at all kinds of uncommon Heating as well as A/C systems, I even looked at radiant radiant floors.
I didn’t want to break the bank though so I ended up going for an Heating as well as A/C system that was easily practical. I didn’t want to spend a big amount of money repairing the ductwork system, so I went for a ductless mini split, then the ductless mini break was fairly cheap to have installed compared to other Heating as well as A/C systems, as well as it was perfect because it had multi zones. This way, I am able to heat as well as cool uncommon sections of our beach apartment as well as I save a big amount of money on our energy bills. The other thing I actually love about our ductless mini break is the fact that it has a built in air cleaner. The air quality in our home is consistently wonderful when I am using our ductless mini split. There’s still a lot of work that needs to be done around the house, but I’m taking care of multiple renovations 1 step at a time, however eventually, our beach apartment is going to be the nicest apartment in the whole area. To me though, it is the nicest because I get to hang out on the beach consistently!
