I was so ecstatic when I finally was able to buy a nice house on the beach… Seriously, that was my dream to have a house one morning, & I was finally able to make it happen. Sure, the locale was a little bit of a fixer upper, but I was able to do the work over the years! The first thing I wanted to do was get a really nice HVAC system; I looked at all kinds of unusual HVAC systems, I even looked at radiant radiant heated floors. I didn’t want to cut the bank though so I ended up going for an HVAC proposal that was legitimately practical. I didn’t want to spend a huge amount of money repairing the ductwork system, so I went for a ductless mini split, and the ductless mini split was fairly cheap to have installed compared to other HVAC systems, & it was perfect because it had multi zones. This way, I am able to heat & cool unusual sections of my house & I save a huge amount of money on my yearly bills. The other thing I really like about my ductless mini split is the fact that it has a built in air purification system. The air quality in my home is regularly great when I am using my ductless mini split. There’s still a lot of work that needs to be done around the house, but I’m taking care of many renovations one step at a time, eventually, my house is going to be the nicest house in the whole area. To myself and others though, it is the nicest because I get to hang out on the beach respectfully!
