Not a fan of her yoga class

My friend Kim is a big lover of yoga.

She was constantly badgering me to go to a yoga class with her at the core progression gym.

I finally relented and took a class with her. I shouldn’t have expected too much. Kim is a great person and very successful career wise. When It comes to workouts she struggles. She is a bit overweight and not really athletic. Either yoga isn’t a great work out or my buddy was in the easy beginner class. Either way, the yoga class bored me to tears. It was a lot of breathing, finding peace and stretching. After the class I thought it was the right time to workout. I was very upset with how much time I wasted. Thankfully the core progression gym offers other group fitness classes. After yoga I walked around and was able to jump into a physical training class for an hour. The certified fitness expert was definitely down to give everyone a good work out. I lifted weights, used a jump rope, battle ropes, medicine ball and weighted poles the whole class. By the end of the hour I was so sore that I could hardly lift my arms to wash my hair. I immediately signed up for a gym membership and got into the physical training class every chance it was offered. Now Kim and I attend the gym together, but go our separate ways for our training. She is happy with her light yoga session and I am happy actually getting a sweat in with my physical training class.
