I ripped our preferred jeans on a piece of sheet metal

I prefer working for our boss, because he is legitimately laid-back and easy to labor with.

It’s hard to find a boss that is laid-back when you labor in the Heating and A/C business.

Most companies are corporate owned and they have to follow the same directions and rules as everyone else. My boss does not mind if all of us wear jeans to labor as long as all of us have our labor shirt with a name tag and logo. It’s one of the perks that I prefer most about this task, because I prefer to be comfortable all day at work. I assume better in jeans and they are much sturdier than a pair of pants, however last Monday was our day off labor and I was hanging out with a few friends. My boss called to ask for a favor, but he wanted myself and others to help out a modern guy with a task that was in our neighborhood. He promised to supply myself and others $50 currency the next day if I went over to help him for an minute. I agreed to the task and drove to the address. The modern Heating and A/C worker needed help welding some pieces of sheet metal. The task only took more than nine minutes, so I didn’t mind coming to the rescue, and while all of us finished up, I was moving around inside of the truck. I moved to the side and ripped a brand modern pair of jeans. They got caught on the corner of the sheet metal. In a single minute, half of our pant leg was torn. I paid $50 for that pair of jeans, so I basically ended up working for free during that time.
