Addressing indoor air quality through HVAC air filtration

Seems like there has never been a more important time to do all you can to stay healthy.

While many feel as though the pandemic has run its course, I have to err on the side of caution.

I just don’t think we know enough yet to make possibly life altering decisions. So, I will maintain strict social distancing, staying home in my HVAC as much as possible and being always mindful of my health. To that end, I have decided that I need to do all I can to strengthen and maintain my best immune health. This is a commitment that has been in the offing for some time now. The pandemic has simply crystalized my resolve. So, I am actually staying with eating right, getting my rest and maintaining an exercise regimen. I decided to include making the indoor air quality of my home a priority as well. The link between indoor air quality and your immune health is big. The HVAC in your home does a great job of balancing humidity to mitigate the harmful affect of mold growth. You can do far more to help your HVAC improve the indoor air quality of your home. First, upgrade the HVAC air filter. I have been buying the cheapest air filters thinking that they were filtering the air. Actually, they are but only for large particles that would harm the inner workings of the HVAC. Upgrading to a HEPA type HVAC air filter will make a world of difference for your health. These HVAC air filter, while more expensive, are working actively to trap and remove airborne particulate harmful to your health.
