When the a/c stopped working in our lake house later in the afternoon, my wife and I were extremely worried about it. I called them as soon as they opened and they happily said they could have a Heating plus A/C technician to our lake house that day. The Heating plus A/C technician was super understanding about our situation and he even apologized about an evening without any air conditioning. The technician was great because he got our a/c working again within an hour, plus he also gave my wife and I some energy saving tips just in case we were interested.
