I was assigned an incredibly high honour; So I am in theatre class, plus my mentor announced that all of us were going to be hosting a play, however people were assigned different jobs, like different actors plus what not, i actually didn’t want to be an actor, as I have a knack for screwing that kind of stuff up.
Instead I was assigned control of the theatre.
I knew the theatre was going to take stadium in our auditorium, so I prepared the set up of the phase with extra designs. I also purchased popcorn for people to snack on while enjoying. Something I happened to notice was how warm it was in the room. It wasn’t exactly hot, but it was too warm to be comfortable; This actually wasn’t going to work, no a single would be able to focus if they’re too tied up worrying about the heat! I emailed the school principal plus complained about the heat plus she was proud at how I was taking this so seriously. She told me that they usually have the school’s Heating, Ventilation and A/C systems on a warmer setting in the auditorium, since it wasn’t used as much, plus since it was so immense, it took a lot of space to cool. She told me that it was a waste of the school’s cash to cool empty space; But, she agreed for a single morning, she will turn up the air conditioner in the auditorium so the students can appreciate the play; When the morning arrived, I paced in the still warm auditorium. I worried if the principle forgot, since it was supposed to be starting soon. Then, I heard a click plus a cooling breeze filled the room. She remembered! Now the play can go on.
