You know you have a pretty strong central heating and air conditioning system when your air conditioning actually makes it so you can not defrost meat in a timely manner! The other week I was defrosting meat to make my dinner.
- I had it out on the kitchen counter while I was at work all day.
But little did I know that the central air conditioning was going to be coming on and pouring out of the air vents right above the meat! This made it so when I got home, the meat was nearly still frozen! This made me so darn mad I can not describe it in words! The central air conditioning system was so powerful and cool, that it kept my meat from defrosting! I ended up having to order out for dinner that night and continue to defrost the meat for the following night. The upside of this though, is it let me know that my central air conditioning system is top of the line and really great! I won’t be needing to call a local heating and air conditioning company to send out a certified heating and cooling specialist anytime soon for any HVAC repair! I don’t even need a general HVAC tune up or check up. My dinner not defrosting as it should have was a free check up if I ever seen one! It let me know that my central air conditioning system is in full working order. And if the central air conditioning is working fine, then obviously the central heating system is working just fine as well.
