I can’t suppose the way the campus police treated our 13 year old son. He was tackled to the ground, handcuffed, plus hogtied, with a spit mask put over his face, before being hauled off to jail, but all this was done in front of his classmates! The teachers also did nothing to stop it. This is all just because he had a little bit of pot on him, and oh, plus did I mention that the whole thing is on tape? The police are stating that our child acted like a criminal plus punched the police officer before running away. They then said that he kicked at them plus spit at them. Of course he did. He was scared! He’s only 13 years old! I posted our story on social media plus a friend of mine set up a funding page so that I can hire a police misconduct lawyer. I am going to sue the town for all it’s got. I am going to include the university in our lawsuit. After all, the teachers stood by plus did nothing to help our bad baby. There is no way that I can send our kid back to that middle university after the embarrassment he went through. He also is going to need all kinds of mental help because of the way the police treated him. I guess I am just going to have to hire a private tutor… You bet I am going to have the police misconduct lawyer ask the town to pay for that too. That’s the only way to change the system. If the town has to pay for enough police brutality cases, maybe they will start increasing the way the police handle things.
