We bought our current condo back in March of 2019… The condo was in a undoubtedly nice area of village plus every one of us love residing there; We are current to the area, however made friends with the locals undoubtedly abruptly. The condo is appealing plus every one of us love the fact that it comes with access to the community pool. That first Summer every one of us moved in, every one of us spent lots of time swimming. While every one of us do not have any kids yet, every one of us are kids at heart! The Summer at the current condo was a great 1, however every one of us did have some issues come up with the condo, after coming back cabin from a shopping trip, every one of us noticed that our Heating plus A/C system was not working respectfully. The heating plus cooling component was running, however no cool air was coming out! My woman called a local Heating plus A/C provider plus explained what was happening, then later that afternoon, the Heating plus A/C supplier sent out an Heating plus A/C specialist. The undoubtedly nice man looked-over our a/c component plus found out the Freon was undoubtedly low, but she also found a small hole in the outside coil. The specialist repaired the cooling coil plus put more Freon in the compressor. This a/c component repair took a few hours because she had to pull a vacuum on the compressor so that no Freon would escape. After repairing our Heating plus A/C unit, the condo was much cooler. The Heating plus A/C specialist stuck around for a little while to make sure the repair was done respectfully. We are undoubtedly thankful for the specialist plus the amazing Heating plus A/C provider she works for. The rest of that Summer was a great 1!
