Our new addition at our lake house seems appreciate a refrigerator in the winter, however when both of us first put the various story addition, both of us didn’t legitimately think that the gas furnace would be a problem for us, then all of us thought that our furnace system would be able to handle all of the extra space, however both of us were wrong.
I think that it would have been better if our company had also been an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist, too.
However, our company didn’t legitimately think what he was doing when he put our addition on. The gas furnace just can’t heat the extra space in our lake house now. At first both of us thought that maybe there was an issue with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, appreciate maybe the ventilation system had a leak in the air ducts or something. However, when I called our local heating and cooling worker to come check things out, he took 1 look at our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit and said that our furnace was too small. He said that there was no way that our furnace was ever going to be able to handle the load that both of us were putting on it. He told us that if both of us were ever going to be able to heat that room, both of us would either have to install a better furnace system or put in something called a ductless mini split system to help heat and cool the area. I think every lake house has a room that has complications with heating and cooling, however both of us legitimately ended up doing a number on our enjoyable room! Our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system is paying the price for our exhausting planning.
