I live in a current home that has a actually disappointing build; When I say this, I am talking about both the insulation plus the way the windows are placed.
It makes it so when it is actually bright plus sunny out on a boiling summer time morning, our central heating plus A/C plan does not work correctly.
In order to even have modest toiling A/C I need to crank the temperature control all the way down to almost 60 degrees! This makes the central A/C plan work more than overtime plus our electric bills are high as ever! I have tried even portable A/C units plus they don’t even work against the bright sunshine plus the way it makes our current home a brick oven! I am cheerful that I rent this place! Because when our lease is up I am moving the heck out of here! If I owned this home, I would entirely have so much renovation plus rebuilding done on the place to make it livable in the summer time it would cost a small fortune! Not to mention, the central heating plus A/C plan they have in this place is weak plus not powerful enough to go against the disappointing current home build plus the boiling sun. At least when the sunshine goes down at night the place cools off. That’s something I suppose. I actually hope for rainy, cloudy plus gloomy mornings in the summer time months that I am living in this place. Those are the only times I can really relax with all our clothes on plus have the central A/C plan work right!
