I live in a apartment that has a legitimately exhausting build.
When I say this, I am talking about both the insulation & the way the windows are arenad.
It makes it so when it is legitimately bright & sunny out on a overheated summer time day, my central heating & A/C proposal does not work properly. In order to even have moderate laboring air conditioning I need to crank the temperature control all the way down to almost 60 degrees! This makes the central air conditioning proposal work more than overtime & my electric bills are high as ever! I have tried even portable air conditionings & they don’t even work against the bright daylight & the way it makes my apartment a stone oven! I am blissful that I rent this arena… Because when my lease is up I am moving the heck out of here! If I owned this home, I would truly have so much renovation & rebuilding done on the arena to make it livable in the summer time it would cost a small fortune! Not to mention, the central heating & A/C proposal they have in this arena is weak & not powerful enough to go against the exhausting apartment build & the overheated sun. At least when the daylight goes down at night the arena cools off. That’s something I suppose. I legitimately hope for rainy, cloudy & gloomy nights in the summer time months that I am living in this arena. Those are the only times I can entirely relax with all my clothes on & have the central air conditioning proposal work right!
