The new computer has me all tied up

My boss decided to buy a new computer for the office and the damn thing has me all tied up. I cannot figure out how it works. The old computer still had windows10, but this one is completely different. It’s hard to navigate the home screen and figure out how to open multiple windows. I can’t even figure out how to hook up the printer. The computer should come with a video tutorial or easy to read step by step instructions. I didn’t want a new computer, but the business software is no longer supported on our old drive so we had no choice. We use the software everyday to generate invoices for the HVAC repair business. The program also calculates our income and profit and loss statements. It’s certainly important for day to day running of the HVAC company. My boss ordered the computer last month, so I have six months to learn how to use it before the other one is obsolete. The HVAC company is growing everyday and the new computer and updated software will help us find new ways to recognize customer trends. This is helpful for advertising and running specials. Unfortunately, the computer is so technologically advanced that I’m having a hard time using it. I know my ten year old son could probably program a website using the computer, but I can barely manage to send an email or browse the internet. It’s no wonder so many people rely on outdated computers and software. The old stuff is just simpler and easier to use.
