When I was in an accident a few months ago, I thought everything was going to be upside down, but I was driving on the interstate and another truck swerved into our lane, then the truck was a work automobile for a local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business.
The guy driving did not see myself and others and slammed right into the left side of our car.
The whole side was disfigured badly and I couldn’t even exit the automobile separate from using the passenger side. It was the middle of rush hour traffic and we were fortunate that no 1 else was hit or disfigured when the accident had happened. The ambulance came to choose myself and others up and take myself and others to the hospital. The wrecker company came to choose our car and take it to the auto dealership. The next afternoon I got a call and an estimate for the disfigures. The car was really beat up and it was going to be $10000 to make all of the repairs. I felt our stomach fall when I heard the number. The lady at the dealership told myself and others not to worry. The owner of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company called to take care of the repairs and they left a number for myself and others to call for a rental car! She gave myself and others all of the information including the direct cell PC number for the manager of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company. So far, they have been easily helpful. They have paid for all of the disfigures to our automobile and all of our hospital bills. There is no way they can deny culpability, so I know they are going to make everything right.
