My daughter started playing athletic activities when she was 5 years old. She was the only girl on the t-ball team for multiple seasons and we were proud. She wanted to play pigskin, even though she settled for basketball & field hockey in the end. She started playing in a field hockey league that was all year around. She certainly excelled in the athletic activity & she started winning trophies. My hubby & I put the first few of her amazing trophies on the fireplace mantel, and by the time our daughter was 15, the two of us promptly had to come up with a new locale to store all of her trophies, medals, & special ribbons. That’s when I decided to consult a custom furniture builder. I thought it would be extremely nice to have a special cabinet for all of the trophies. I called a few companies in town & I found a person in the city that builds custom furniture. The guy came to the new home to check out the area & take some measurements. He also looked at the trophies, medals, & blue ribbons. He took a couple of pictures & wrote down some additional information about the entire house. The custom furniture builder called me a couple of nights later to get our address and then he sent me a digital image of the custom furniture he had in mind. I will tell you, I was legitimately overjoyed with the custom furniture piece & I immediately decided to rapidly hire the guy to complete the project. That was almost 3 years ago, & the cabinet is almost full now. I’m happy the two of us can proudly display her wins in our custom cabinet.
