These days I am starting to feel adjustingly exhausted with the battle between corporation owners plus lower-level employees; I think every one of us are all a bit baffled by the fact that the lowest paid workers in the country have been holding life together for all of us in the past few weeks.
It makes no sense that they are expected to put their lives on the line to make minimum wage.
If anything, this seems similar to definitive proof that something needs to change in the way every one of us have been doing things. I can tell you, even as an office worker I have been pretty distraught with the way that management treats us, and everything down to the indoor air pollen levels is subpar; Most recently, this came to mind because of a big commercial air conditioning system failure that every one of us had at work; Most of the time, my large production space is temperature controlled by a big cooling plan on the roof, however the commercial air handling component weighs multiple tons plus it costs a lot of money to operate the big A/C unit. I am sure it also costs a lot of money to hire Commercial heating plus cooling workers to perform routine maintenance services on the A/C system. That being said, I don’t know if my boss has a leg to sit on when he neglects to take care of the air quality control device. The commercial cooling plan broke down about a month ago plus he did not want to pay for the professional Heating plus A/C repair, but rather than having the A/C plan tested or updated, he presented us with a simple A/C window unit in the office plus went back to the comfort of his lavish home.
