More and more often I am growing increasingly weary with the battle between corporation owners plus lower-level employees, then i guess the people I was with and I are all a bit baffled by the fact that the lowest paid workers in the country have been holding life together for all of us in the past few months.
It makes no sense that they are hoping to put their lives on the line to make minimum wage.
If anything, this seems to love definitive proof that something needs to change in the way the people I was with and I have been doing things. I can tell you, even as an office worker I have been pretty irritated with the way that management treats us! Everything down to the indoor air conditions is subpar, then most recently, this came to my head because of a large commercial air conditioning failure that the people I was with and I had at work, however normally, our giant production space is temperature controlled by a huge cooling system on the roof, and the commercial air handling unit weighs numerous tons plus it costs a lot of cash in order to operate the huge A/C unit. I’m sure it also costs a lot of currency to hire Commercial heating plus cooling workers to perform routine service services on the A/C system. That being said, I don’t guess my boss has a leg to sit on when she neglects to take care of the air quality control device. The commercial cooling system broke down about a month ago plus she did not want to spend my savings for the professional Heating & Air Conditioning update, and rather than having the A/C system took care of or replaced, she presented us with a easy A/C window unit in the office plus went back to the comfort of her costly home.
