She isn’t even going to use the stuff

The basement of my house is the personal fitness training center.

I had the flooring finished with brand new mats. I also got a separate Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method set up, a bathroom linked and purchased a whole bunch of fitness gear. The idea was my wife plus I would both get in shape by working out once a day. I purchased all the stuff I wanted plus the things she wanted. My wife wanted to get a mirror, bar and yoga mats put in the space. All those items are large, heavy plus take up a bunch of square footage. My wife hasn’t worked out in the gym in around one year. I barely have enough room to house my equipment, let alone hers. I kind of want to get rid of all her yoga stuff and put in weight lifting stuff. I want a wide open space to put a weight bench in there, free weights plus maybe do a machine with handles to pull weights. I do not want to tell my wife that I have given up on her though. If I remove all her equipment, there is no way she will attempt to work out anymore. However, why am I storing stuff that she doesn’t even try to use? The yoga studio takes up space plus is only getting in worse condition in our damp basement. I am wondering if I can get some cash for the stuff plus maybe buy myself a piece of fitness equipment I might like.
