I am trying to encourage fitness and working out

I can tell you that I am bonkers about fitness.

I work out every single day.

I like to rotate between heavy cardio and weight training programs. I also make sure to stretch, cool down plus respectfully rotate my muscle groups. I watch what I eat plus I like doing a lot of physical hobbies. If anything, I look nicer than how I did when I first met my wife. Time has been pretty great to me plus not so much to her. As the years have gone on she has put on more poundage in the belly, butt and thighs. There is no nice way to tell a lady that she is heavy. I keep myself in wonderful shape to be nice for her, doesn’t she want to do the same for me? I have tried getting her fitness unit but she won’t use it. I recommend going for a swim, bike riding or kayaking with me plus she isn’t all that interested. My last idea is going to be a group fitness class. I see that the core progression near me offers personal training, you can do single fitness coach or group fitness classes with a certified fitness expert. I am wondering if I can get her to a class if I am willing to go with her. I am even willing to do girly stuff, like spin class or yoga. I want her to do something cardio like plus get in wonderful shape. What if she says no though?
