Getting my garage to be work out ready

I will need to drill a hole plus hopefully blow in insulation for a single wall and the ceiling.

I have always wanted to have a great work out space in my home. Finally I purchased a plot of land that came with an outdoor garage. The garage is long, wide plus tall enough to do what I want plus house all the equipment I want to purchase. I plan to place folding mats down in the garage plus keep them constantly set up. I want to invest in a weight bench, wobble board, stationary bike plus treadmill. I am hopeful to get a sound machine in our gym so that I can have hands free music as well. The final portion will be adding heating plus cooling. Temperature control is so crucial working out. I do not like going to fitness centers because you are at the mercy of what they choose for the control unit. I appreciate working out inside my home with the control unit respectfully set. I am going to need a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method plus control unit in our garage. I recently figured out the facility is not sealed tight. I will need to drill a hole plus hopefully blow in insulation for a single wall and the ceiling. The other wall is a peg board that will need to be torn down, add insulation plus new drywall. After that, I will need to paint the walls and replace the two windows. At last, I then can call a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation plus get a ductless mini split installed.
