A few afternoons ago I was out at our local recreational park taking a long hike by myself, and it easily helps myself and others to go outside plus release some of my physical energy so I can calm down plus have a less anxious day.
- I went for a nice long run plus hike to get rid of some of these jitters, then as I got back to my automobile I heard somebody yelling for my attention behind me.
I eventually turned around to make sure that everything was okay. A woman was behind me, waving her arms plus asking myself and others to slow down. And in a breathless voice she asked if she could get a ride to the other side of the park because it was much warmer outside than she had anticipated. I felt awful for her so I let her into my automobile plus instinctively I helped my fellow woman. As every one of us were driving through the park she happened to mention that she was a heating, cooling, plus ventilation professional for a local HVAC maintenance shop in town! My mind was blown! For some reason I constantly imagined that heating plus cooling professionals were men, and the air handling equipment that I was familiar with was so heavy plus difficult to move that I couldn’t imagine a woman doing it… She told myself and others she was 1 of the only girls in the heating plus cooling maintenance industry plus gave myself and others her HVAC supplier card. A few afternoons later when I returned condo from another run I was sleepy to find that the heating plus cooling plan had turned off. Thank God, I knew who to call. I called my current lady heating plus cooling professional friend plus asked for some help. She came out immediately plus did not charge myself and others a dime for her professional HVAC maintenance services.
