I just for the first time ever experienced seeing the full installation of a central heating and a/c device! My central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit had completely taken a dive, and I had to have a brand new and completely new central heat and a/c device installed into the household I am renting. Since the landlord takes care of all of that, I didn’t have to cover the cost, but, I had to be here and watch everything and let me tell you it was an awesome experience to see how it’s handled! I had no idea in the least that most of the operation of a central heating and a/c takes place through air handlers and other pieces in your attic! At least that is how it was for the household I am renting. They were here a total of 6 hours doing the new heating and a/c device installation! And most of that time was spent with both certified heat and a/c specialists they sent up in the attic. I was actually watching them tear apart the old central heating and a/c material up there and hauling the new stuff up. It was truly awesome just as I have said! Then, it all somehow went to the central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device which sat in the backyard. When they were finished they maintained the temperature control with both the heating and the a/c to see if everything was working the right way. They even had a temperature gauge they put up in the air vent to make sure of this. I actually was able to learn a great deal that afternoon.
