When I went to learn abroad, I ended up meeting the most fantastic guy… What can I say really, the people I was with and I fell in love & the people I was with and I got married.
- I didn’t even bother to tell my family about him because I knew they would disapprove & I didn’t want to deal with any of that, but eventually the people I was with and I came back to the states & the people I was with and I wanted to build a fantastic life for ourselves; My hubby, he was actually gifted when it came to toiling on HVAC systems.
He was certified in his former country to work on HVAC systems, but he had to go through the process again to acquire his HVAC certification in America. He didn’t have a problem with that & the instructors he worked with were honestly impressed with his HVAC knowledge. He was something of an innovator & they were intrigued with some of the knowledge he was able to bring to the table. Eventually, he started toiling at this reputable HVAC company & he actually went to the top as one of the most skilled HVAC techs. My family undoubtedly didn’t love the guy at first. They hated the fact that the people I was with and I got married separate from inviting them to the anniversary, & they didn’t love that he was different. Eventually, when he helped them with their HVAC systems & got to suppose everybody in the family more, some of my family members came around. They started accepting him & appreciating the fact that he worked so hard. My mother could see what I saw in this man, but my father still was never able to love him much at all, but he tolerated him.
