Meeting with a certified fitness expert to adapt my training program

A marathon is an extremely long race that is approximately 26 miles long.

There are a number of marathons held all over the country and the world. The first marathon was part of the original 1896 Olympics. More than 500 marathons are held throughout every year. It takes a long time to train for a marathon. 26 miles is a very long distance, even if you are walking or jogging. The best times in the world are right around 2 hours to complete all 26 miles. When I decided I was going to start training for the city marathon, I was completing the task in 5 hours. I had a lot of training and exercise ahead of me, if I was going to complete the task in a much shorter time. I spoke with a certified fitness expert so we could adopt my training program to help with the marathon. The certified fitness expert added some specific stretches and exercises to build lean muscle in my legs, calves, and ankles. The certified fitness expert even helped me create a specific diet that would help with my goal. I eat a lot of lean protein and green, leafy vegetables. I have been working side by side with the expert and everything is going well. My body and my mind have never been more in sync. The marathon is still two months away, but I already have my time down to 4 hours flat. I don’t expect to meet the two hour mark, but it would be great to finish in 3 and 1/2 hours.
