Looking for a core progression class near me

My girlfriend and I recently moved to the other side of town.

She was driving 30 minutes to work each morning, so we decided to move closer to her job.

Now that we finally have all of the boxes on packed, we are looking for a core progression class. Core progression classes are set up specifically to help build up core muscle strength by targeting the muscles in our mid-section. Planking is one exercise that most folks have heard about. Planking involves resting on your elbows and toes for long periods of time. This exercise builds up the muscles in the abdomen and mid section. My girlfriend and I met at a fitness center. Both of us were new to the core progression class. We were in the back of the class and we both looked lost and confused. We smiled at each other a few times before I had the nerve to ask her out for coffee. Even after we started dating, we still attended the same core progression class at the gym. When we decided to move across town, we knew it would be difficult to continue attending the same classes. Neither one of us wanted to make the 30-minute drive, so we decided to look for a core progression class closer to our new apartment. We have a few options, so we are going to go to a class at each place before we make a decision. One of my favorite things about this specific fitness style is the one-on-one attention. I want to make sure that we find the best place to suit our workout needs.
