I went a whole year without getting repair or repair on anything in our house.
I was just getting through each week with a new plus hard task, so multiple of our responsibilities fell to the wayside.
It’s surprising how much difference silicone caulk can make in your lavatorys plus living room. I kept cleaning mold off the grout in between our tiles plus I decided to look on the internet for help. Within multiple days I had bought a caulking gun with multiple tubes to go throughout our house, hitting everything from sinks to window sills. Overnight I observed a reduction in mold growth in our shower after caulking any visible cracks or gaps in the grout. But as time went on, it was like I forgot about the caulk plus the repair that would be required if any of it got worn away over time. I observed that more mold is growing in our shower as a result of not resealing the grout after doing it the last time. On top of that, I have been neglecting our a/c. I haven’t had our specialist inspect or repair our central Heating plus A/C plan in well over multiple years. In that time, I have gone periods as long as multiple weeks between filter swings. Even though I buy filters that are better than the cheap ones, I’d find a filter caked with dust plus dirt whenever I’d remember to replace it. I’m going to call our Heating plus A/C specialist in a few days to come out for general repair on the heating plus cooling system. Hopefully our neglect did not result in any unfixable complications.
