My legs hurt a lot worse in the night time

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my twenties.

I couldn’t understand why my arms and legs hurt all of the time. I thought I had the flu for weeks and weeks. When I finally went to the doctor, he ran a lot of tests and took some blood work. That’s when I found out that I had rheumatoid arthritis. I manage some of the symptoms with over the counter medications and medical marijuana. Still, night time is absolutely the worst for all of my pain. I didn’t know what to do to help the problem, and I questioned the doctor during my last appointment. The doctor recommended buying a space heater for the bedroom. He said The warm air can help reduce the painful side effects of rheumatoid arthritis. I never heard of something so strange and I went home to research rheumatoid arthritis and space heaters. I was surprised to see several articles that mentioned the benefits of warm air. Apparently the warm air helps with circulation and that can suppress some of the painful feelings associated with arthritis. The next morning, I got up bright and early and went to the hardware store to pick out a space heater. I met with the hardware store manager and she helped me pick out something that was affordable and suitable. I have been using the space heater every night for the past 10 days. I am definitely sleeping much better, but I can’t tell if its the warm air or actual pain relief. Either way, buying the space heater was a good idea.
