After repairing our HVAC unit, the condo was much cooler
We bought our new condo back in April of 2019. The condo was in a very nice part of town and we enjoy living there. We are new to the area, but made friends with the locals very quickly. The condo is beautiful and we love the fact that it comes with access to the community pool. That first summer we moved in, we spent lots of time swimming. While we don’t have any kids yet, we are kids at heart! The summer at the new condo was a good one, but we did have some issues come up with the condo. After coming back home from a shopping trip, we noticed that our HVAC system was not working properly. The heating and cooling unit was running, but no cool air was coming out. My boyfriend called a local HVAC provider and explained what was happening. Later that day, the HVAC business sent out an HVAC technician. The very nice man looked-over our air conditioner and found out the Freon was very low. He also found a small hole in the outside coil. The technician repaired the cooling coil and put more Freon in the compressor. This air conditioner repair took a few hours because he had to pull a vacuum on the compressor so that no Freon would escape. After repairing our HVAC unit, the condo was much cooler. The HVAC technician stuck around for a little while to make sure the repair was done properly. We are very thankful for the technician and the amazing HVAC provider he works for. The rest of that summer was a great one!
