I was so happy with everything they had done
It was a blustery cold day and our heat stopped working. I was so frantic as I didn’t want the kids to get sick. My husband was already at work and I didn’t know what to do. I had no choice but to call him and explain the problem. We hung up the phone and he said he would be home shortly. In the meantime the kids woke up and wanted breakfast. They were cold so I turned on the space heater and put it in the living room so they would be warm while eating breakfast before school. A short time later my husband showed up and had the A/C repair vehicle right behind him. He had called them from work and luckily they were able to come out right away. They checked the system and quickly found the problem. They needed to do a system checkup before anything else was started. They put in a new air filter first and then went out back to get started on the hard part. I brought them out a thermos of hot coffee to keep them warm. I then went back inside and patiently waited for my heat to be repaired. It seemed to take forever but in all reality it only took a couple of hours. In no time the guys were knocking on my door telling me that the job had been completed. I was so happy with everything they had done. Once again my house was warm and my kids and I were happy. A job well done, thanks!
