I live in a apartment that has a honestly terrible build, but when I say this, I am talking about both the insulation and the way the windows are localed. It makes it so when it is honestly bright and sunny out on a warm summer time afternoon, my central heating and a/c does not work respectfully. In order to even have modest working air conditioning I need to crank the temperature control all the way down to almost 60 degrees! This makes the central a/c work more than overtime and my electric bills are high as ever! I have tried even portable a/cs and they don’t even work against the bright afternoonlight and the way it makes my apartment a brick oven! I am cheerful that I rent this locale, however because when my lease is up I am moving the heck out of here! If I owned this home, I would absolutely have so much renovation and rebuilding done on the locale to make it livable in the summer time it would cost a small fortune! Not to mention, the central heating and a/c they have in this locale is weak and not powerful enough to go against the terrible apartment build and the warm sun. At least when the afternoonlight goes down at evening the locale cools off. That’s something I suppose. I honestly hope for rainy, cloudy and gloomy days in the summer time months that I am residing in this locale. Those are the only times I can honestly relax with all my clothes on and have the central a/c work right!
