I finally got done decorating our basement.
I moved into our apartment about 3 years ago, & I had planned on finishing up the basement instantaneously, however it got put off for about 3 years instead.
I legitimately don’t have a good reason for why I didn’t finish it for 3 years. I was simply sick of painting & decorating by the time that I got the rest of our apartment done that I didn’t want to continue on & finish our basement. I wish I would have thought because it is a good venue to hang out when friends are over, after I finally finished the basement, I realized that there was no heat down there. I assume I may sound stupid for not knowing that our basement didn’t have heat, however I bought the apartment while I was in the summer time months, & I legitimately didn’t go down there at all until I finished the basement this summer. I remember one time walking down there while I was in the Winter time months & thinking that it was cold, however I just assumed that the HVAC vents were closed since it wasn’t being used. I suppose legitimately crazy for just assuming that the HVAC vents were closed instead of legitimately investigating, however thankfully, I found a way to heat the basement. It does stay around fifty degrees down there without heat, so it’s not chilly, however it’s colder than I prefer. I just put multiple electric space gas gas furnaces down there, & when I have them on, it gets up to about eighty degrees down there. I’m ecstatic that I figured out a way to heat our basement.
