My husband woke up early one morning for work on a hot summer day and noticed that our A/C didn’t seem to be working properly.
He then changed the air filter and waited a few minutes hoping that was the problem, but as our luck would have it, that wasn’t the issue. We waited until 9 am and called our regular HVAC company several times who was then more than happy to come over that very afternoon to assess the situation. After walking around looking for trouble areas and problems they came to the conclusion that our ductwork needed a good cleaning as well as a major system cleaning. They did all the necessary prep work and then immediately set to work cleaning all the ducts. I decided to clean the house as well and lost all track of time. It was getting close to lunch so I stopped and drove to a local fast food restaurant to pick up some lunch for everyone. I insisted the guys take a quick lunch break and have a bite to eat as they were so busy and I’m sure they were getting hungry. We ate and talked for a few minutes before the guys headed back to work. I then continued to clean as the guys finished their tasks. It was now the hottest part of the day and I was miserable hot. One of the men then stopped me in passing and said they were finished. He then turned the air conditioner on and man did it feel great! I was so happy to have it up and running again. I thanked them many times.
