I was having trouble with my HVAC unit and thought I should have it checked out.
I called a friend of mine who gave me the name of a great company.
I had the next day off work so I called and scheduled an appointment and the service tech who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable on the a/c repair business. We walked through the house together as he explained to me step by step what he was going to do. He started out by checking and cleaning the air ducts as he thought maybe that was the problem. I was hoping it was but, with my luck, it wasn’t and he then told me that I definitely needed a whole new a/c system. He explained that he and his crew could get on it first thing in the morning. I got up the next morning and started a pot of coffee as I knew I would be needing it as it was way up too early on my day off. The guys came in and replaced my whole heating and cooling system in no time which was a surprise to me. Never in my life had I seen a team of just three men work so hard. I was so happy with their work that I gave them cold drinks and sandwiches to eat on their way out to their next call because they worked through their lunch. The next day I called the HVAC company and complimented the three guys on a great job well done. I will recommend them to all of my friends.
